After you e-mail me to let me know what you need, I'll e-mail you as quickly as possible so we can discuss your exact requirements
You then send me your file. I'll edit or proofread 250 words for free so you can see what a difference I can make without having to commit yourself
If you want me to continue, I'll send you terms and conditions in plain English. You pay only 50% of the fee in advance
We can iron out any questions or concerns via e-mail, the telephone, or Skype

Writing

Payment

Individuals

I accept payment via PayPal – I will e-mail you an invoice containing a link so that you can pay; you do not have to be a PayPal member and I will never see your card or bank details
I also accept electronic transfers
I will start work as soon as the upfront payment has been confirmed

Businesses or Organisations

Besides PayPal and electronic transfer, I can begin work as soon as I receive a purchase order
I will send you an invoice once the work is complete
Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date, and I reserve the right to charge interest (accruing monthly) for late payment

I enjoy the idea of taking a text and – by removing words and substituting or adding others, and by fixing any typing errors or style issues – helping it to realise its full potential.
